Urashima, co-CEO and CTO who oversees technology, formerly worked as US Charles Schwab Securities (Tokyo) IT Manager, DLJ Securities (currently CSFB Securities) AVP, eSpeed (currently BGC Securities) Head of IT, Asia Pacific, Central Tanshi Securities IT, and manager and a director of Central Tanshi FX. He has long been a leader in the IT systems of gold merchants. Founded GFIT Inc. in January, 2015.

Sakane, who is the co-CEO and responsible for management strategy and marketing as CSMO, has previous experience as president of IST, the president of Super Resin Inc., the president of Seven Dreamers Laboratories, and the president of Seven Dreamers Laundroid. Sakanes is a Serial entrepreneur for a wide range of technology fields, from aerospace to healthcare, and AI robots. He also contributes to society as a life work, and serves as the chairman of icetee, a specified non-profit organization. In February 2021, he joined the management of GFIT Inc.

Koyanagi, who plays the role of Director CFO, formerly joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC and engaged in accounting audit work for securities companies. He was then seconded to the Corporate Planning Department of Sony Corporation. He later worked as the Deputy General Manager of Business Administration Division and General Manager of Accounting Department of UCC Holdings Co., Ltd., and Director, General Manager of Business Administration Department of Seven Dreamers Laboratories Co., Ltd. He has served as General Manager of O2 Inc.’s Finance Division and General Affairs Division. In April 2022, he joined GFIT Inc.

Kayamoto, who plays the role of Chief Data Science Officer CDSO, began his career as a data scientist at a data analysis startup. For over 20 years since then, he has been involved in data science at Shinsei Bank, GE (joined as a Risk Management Leadership Program student), Invast Securities, and Second Site Analytical. He has held lead roles including the launch of new departments at those companies. In 2022, he joined GFIT Inc.

Yoshioka, who is a director and oversees the business division as a CAO, worked as the chief investment officer of Meiji Life Asset Management New York after working for Nomura Securities and Meiji Life Insurance Mutual Company. He also worked as the director of the Meiji Dresdner Asset Management Portfolio Management Department, and served as General Manager of Sumitomo Asset Management and Investment Planning Department and General Manager of Credit Management Department. He is also the executive director of the corporate pension fund of the Automobile Promotion Association. In February 2021, he joined the management of GFIT Inc.

Takamatsu, who plays the role of auditor, has former experience as Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, Director, Executive Vice President, and General Manager of Asset Management Department, Chairman of Meiji Yasuda System Technology, and served as an outside director of Juroku Bank, Ltd. He has held vital responsibilities at major financial institutions, including the role of executive officer in charge of the compliance department. In February 2021, he joined GFIT Inc. as the head of the compliance department.

Uemura, who oversees the compliance department as CCO, worked as a financial securities inspector at the Kanto Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, which works for private financial institutions and inspects and supervises financial institutions. In June 2022, he joined GFIT Inc. and in July of the same year, he was appointed as the head of the compliance department.

Masters degree from the Department of Computer Science, University of Tunis 2012, Experienced Senior Web Developer Engineer with 13+ years of expertise in creating dynamic and scalable web applications. worked for Vocalit Center a Belgium Websites Creation company as Web developer, worked for a Swiss Media Company Oaase Co.,Ltd. as a full-stack Web developer, and for Hatago CO., Ltd.  a Japanese Web Consulting and Travel Agency as Web Engineer. Joined GFIT Inc. as a senior Web engineer in March 2023.

In June 2017, Nakauchi founded GRACIA Corporation, which operates the gift e-commerce site TANP, and led the company as Representative Director and COO until March 2023. He joined GFIT Inc. in April 2023 and has been charge of Director of Marketing and Public Relations since June 2023.

After graduating from Bandung Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree (Graduated in 2018), Faza worked as a software engineer at Traveloka, an Online Travel Agency in Indonesia. After that, He took a Masters degree at the Tokyo Institute of Technology in the department of Information and Communication Engineering (Graduated in 2023). He is currently pursuing a PhD degree at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. In April 2023, he joined GFIT Inc. as a part-time engineer.

Currently, as CEO of Kurea Fuerte, he is engaged in back-office support business such as IPO preparation and fundraising, while also supporting the administrative operations of GFIT Inc. from June 2022.

After returning to Japan, he was transferred to local subsidiaries in Thailand and Singapore. After that, he was in charge of sales, marketing, and customer support at NASDAQ Japan, Cantor Fitzgerald Securities Tokyo Branch, Central Tanshi Securities, and Central Tanshi FX.
